Magical Cusco 5D/4N

DAY 1: TRANSFER IN – CITY TOUR (IN THE AFTERNOON)
This day we pick you up from the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. In the afternoon between 12:45 to 13:00 we pick you up from the hotel and transfer to the Plaza de Armas where our tour will begin. This day we will visit the Cathedral of Cusco, the Qoricancha or also known as “Temple of the Sun” and some archaeological centers located at the outside of Cusco as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY
After you have enjoyed your breakfast, the agency staff will pick you up at the hotel between 8:30 and 8:45 am. Together with the guide and the rest of the group we will start the tour of the day, the first place we will visit is Pisaq known for its Inca constructions and we will pass by its handicraft market where we can take advantage and do some shopping. Then we will go to Urubamba where we will enjoy our delicious buffet lunch. Then we will go to Ollantaytambo where we will learn a little more about the Inca culture.
In the evening we will take the train to the town of Aguas Calientes or also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo, where the staff will be waiting for us and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 3: FULL DAY MACHU PICCHU
Early in the morning the guide will pick you up from your hotel to go to the bus station where we will take the transportation that will take us to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. After a guided tour of 2 hours and a half approx. we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon we will take the train back to Poroy station. Upon arrival at the station our transportation will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco.

DAY 4: HUMANTAY LAKE TOUR
We pick you up from the hotel between 04:15 to 4:30 am and start our trip to the town of Mollepata where we will have breakfast, after breakfast we will continue our trip to the town of Soraypampa. At this point we will start the hike uphill for about 2 hours to the lake, upon arrival we can appreciate the beautiful scenery and a guided. We will have some free time to take pictures and then descend to the starting point and return to Mollepata where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. After lunch we return to Cusco.

DAY 5: TRANSFER OUT
According to your flight schedule we will coordinate the transfer time to the airport.
