Short Inca Trail 2D/1N

DAY 1: CUSCO – CHACHABAMBA – WIÑAYWAYNA – AGUAS CALIENTES

Early in the morning in a previously coordinated schedule we will pick you up from the hotel to go to Ollantaytambo train station where we will board our tourist train to Kilometer 104, at this point our guide will be waiting for us and we will start our adventure, we will present our Inca Trail permit and passport to pass the control, on the route we will appreciate a waterfall, we will walk for 3 hours and 30 minutes to the Archaeological Center of Wiñay Wayna where we will observe the impressive terraces that will be a sample of a perfect work of Inca architecture and we will have lunch. After lunch we go to the main entrance of the Llaqta of Machupicchu sector called Inti Punku (sun gate) where we will have the first view of our Inca wonder, then descend to the entrance gate of the Llaqta of Machu Picchu where we take the bus to go down to the town of Aguas Calientes, we will have dinner and prepare for our next day.

DAY 2: MACHU PICCHU – AGUAS CALIENTES – OLLANTAYTAMBO – CUSCO

At the coordinated time our guide will pick you up from the hotel, to go to the bus station we will take a bus and travel for 30 minutes to reach the entrance of Machu Picchu. You will have a guided tour of the main sectors of our wonder for a time of 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes. After the visit we will take the bus down, in the afternoon we will go to the train station to return to Ollantaytambo and then take the bus back to Cusco.
