This tour will take us back in history, you will appreciate one of the Inca bridges that still maintains an Inca architectural technique, every year the nearby communities gather to rebuild it and perform a ceremony before starting this process.
Itinerary
Our day starts very early in the morning. We pick you up from the hotel and start our trip to the south of Cusco towards the province of Canas.
Arriving at our destination we will be able to appreciate the Q’eswachaca Bridge, its beautiful beauty and we will take the best views. This bridge is an architectural and cultural heritage of the Incas and is located on the Apurimac River, every year the reconstruction of the bridge is done by the surrounding peasant communities.
In the afternoon we will return to Cusco and along the way we will make a stop to enjoy a beautiful view of the caves of Q’arañahui, a beautiful cavern of marine sedimentary material. After enjoying the impressive formations we will return to Cusco.
